The prototype is the post-event appearance of the U004 formation belonging to the Kyushu General Rolling Stock Yard. Both front cars are beautifully reproduced with special decoration featuring a shooting star and “wish” design. The on-roof equipment, including lightning arrester and antennas, are accurately reproduced. Head/tail lights are illuminated.
