I have never used this train and track.. I did however count the track and i counted 25, Box says it should have 27.. I also noticed some of the track connection peices are brocken.. Rare and complete LGB Lehmann-Gross-Bahn “The Big Train” starter set catalog No. 20530, a classic G-scale (Garden Scale) train set from the 1980s-early 1990s. Made in West Germany, this set is highly sought after by LGB collectors and large-scale model railroad enthusiasts. What’s Included (appears complete from photos). Locomotive : Yellow industrial switcher/dump truck style loco No. D10 / 2090 (with red wheels, detailed cab, working coupler). Caboose : Yellow Chiquita banana boxcar/caboose No. 4033 (blue logo, detailed roof walks, ladders). Vintage Bachmann Train Set G Scale Big Hauler North Star Express #90018 Box is opened but it looks to not be used. If used it was used very little. Tracks that come with train seem to be on backside of styrofoam. It is taped to back of styrofoam so I did not peel. I did not test this because i did not want to take tape off the parts of the package that still had good tape. I also do not know much about model trains. AS YOU CAN SEE IN THE PHOTOS THIS IS A GREAT LOOKING TRAIN SET. IT LOOKS TO BE BRAND NEW AND COMPLETE OUTER BOX A BIT TATTERED FROM PROBABLY MOVED SEVERAL TIMES.

Vintage LGB 72412 Yellow Lake George Boulder Train Set G SCALE + Tracks & Cars

What you see is what you’ll receive. The small green car has light hook ups but not sure where they connect to. I’m not sure if this smokes out of the locomotive or sound, if it does I did not test that. But does accelerate forwards and backwards. Boxes have damages and wear from age/storage but overall solid condition. One of the straight tracks has damage pictured but still connects. Cars are near mint in my opinion minus some flaws pictured. May be missing some of the small black track keepers but there’s a good amount of them. I believe there are supposed to be figures with the larger set. All are missing except one that is in the locomotive pictured. Everything seems to be very lightly used. If you have any questions or doubts please message me and I will answer to the best of my ability.
