This item has been graded per TCA standards C-7: Excellent based on visual appearance. Both passenger cars show thick brush marks going through the road numbers. The locomotive and the cars show scratches and spots of paint loss throughout various sections of the shell and chassis. The track sections show scratches and light rusting on the brass rails. The overall appearance of this item may be improved with a gentle and thorough cleaning. The instruction manual is not included. The original box is included. I have never used this train and track.. I did however count the track and i counted 25, Box says it should have 27.. I also noticed some of the track connection peices are brocken.. This is literally an attic find. This set is new and unused. It will need light oiling before use. Due to new condition, it has not been tested. Item is still factory sealed. Customer ordered the wrong product or just don’t want it. DO NOT OPEN THE ITEM IF YOU ARE GOING TO RETURN IT! Must be in original box unopened with no damage to the package or packaging (we need to be able to resell that product as new). Items must be in “new, unaltered and unused condition”.
