Looks to be in good, lightly used conditions. A couple things to note is the engine has a light layer of oil-like liquid on it, one of the very thin side pieces of the engine broken off, there’s two separate loose pieces that are also small so I believe they’re also broken pieces.

Bachman Weil Mclain Contractor Series Big Hauler G-scale 4 Piece Train Set

I did not test this train. Cosmetically, it is in excellent condition. There is one connection on the rope/wire of the locomotive that has broken off (see close up picture).
