Up for sale is a rare LGB Lehman “The Florsheim Shoe” G Scale Train Set. Included in this set are. 1 white box car (doors slide open, 3 or 4 ink or crayon marks on one side, very small chipped corner on roof – almost didn’t see it). 1 Maroon Caboose (2 pieces came loose and are rattling around inside – unsure what they are). 2 straight track 24 5/8 long. 12 curved 11 track. 1 Transformer untested but lights up when plugged in. 1 attachment wire I think to connect transformer to. Very Good to Excellent Cosmetic Condition but is untested – Some light age wear may be found upon close inspection such as light scratches and/or abrasions, light soiling or discoloration or other minor flaws. The white box car has what looks like crayon or marker marks on one side and a very small chip on one corner that I almost didn’t see. The caboose has 2 small plastic piece that are rattling around loose inside – not sure what they are and they are just a little too large to remove (I think they may have hung from the ceiling). No serious chips, cracks or other signs of trauma found. Overall this remains in very good condition. I don’t know if any parts are missing so look at all pictures to see what is included. The engine measures approximately 9 1/2″ long x 6″ tall x 3 3/4 wide. The Box Car measures approximately 12″ long x 6″ tall x 5″ wide and Caboose measures approximately 12″ long x 7 1/4″ tall x 4 3/4″ wide. Model: The Florsheim Shoe Train Set My Promise to You.
