Runs on DC power only. No steam, not sure if it’s supposed to or not. Is a little dusty in the cracks here and there. There is a small handle broken on the NOEL train car as I tried to show in above picture. The white styrofoam is dirty. Does not come with box, only styrofoam. Video will open in a new window.
