I havent tested it out but did plug in the remote and it did light up. Condition wise, the tree top tender car has the xmas tree detached. A few track pieces have the black clips missing on the edges, but most of them are in good condition. Also included are 14 sheets of heavy green felt for a ground setting. There are 23 pieces of track. If set does not sell within a month, I will part it out.
