Please read all of the information I have provided, especially the lines I have highlighted in color. Rare Vintage The HOLIDAY EXPRESS Animated Train Set NEW BRIGHT #380 IN BOX. Tested and it works! It’s so cool!! 4 Piece G-Guage Train Set – Santa’s Fe Locomotive, Tree Top Tender, Santa’s Toy Shop Caboose, Candy Dancer Car. 16 Pieces of Track. The New Bright Holiday Express is a master crafted decoration of extraordinary detailed workmanship. Sound and lighted animation add enchantment to holiday settings as a decorative ornament or an elegant electric train set. The train is in excellent condition. The original box shows some wear & tear. One exterior corner of the box got wet at one point, but did not go through the Styrofoam or onto any of the cars. The corner of the cover has been reinforced with clear tape. I tested this set and everything worked as it should… Though it took me quite awhile to get it right. This train isn’t super easy to set up probably because I didn’t have instructions – but now I do!! All track pieces must be aligned properly and the train and cars need to be placed on the track correctly to make it run. For your convenience and to make set up easier, I called the New Bright Toy Company and got the set-up instructions and have printed out a copy which I will include in the box. There are also original instructions on how to clean the tracks. BTW, there are lots of instruction videos for this 380 Train Set on youTube to help you set this up with ease. Does not come with Certificate of Authenticity. The train: 22 pounds, 34″ x 25″ x 13. The set includes a locomotive, a wood tender, a candy pump car, and caboose. Santa’s Fe Holiday Railroad 4-4-0 steam locomotive is painted in tan, red, and green. The festive locomotive is decorated with snow, bells, and ribbons, the whole thing is simply oozing Christmas. The tender car features simulated wood textures, piles of toys, and an attractive green over tan paint job. The candy pump car is a green and candy-cane covered car with two elves working a center-mounted pump and a large “Candy Dancer” sign. The caboose is red over green, carries present sorting elves and sports a large “Santa’s toy shop” sign. All cars are equipped with: lights, animation, and an outrageous amount of Christmas joy. Easy-to-use train controller is equipped with 14 clearly labeled buttons that provide complete control over the train. Activate a bevy of Christmas sounds. Adjust the volume. Offering a Bachmann Big Haulers POLAR EXPRESS CHRISTMAS TRAIN authentic large scale set from year 2000. This train set is in very good preowned condition and includes the jingle bell. Has its own power pack. We ran it around the Christmas tree on a layout of track from a well-known German brand of large scale trains. The speed-synchronized steam sound is a nice feature. Requires 3 9V batteries (not included) for passenger car lights and sound functions. Unopened vial of smoke fluid is in the box. Any other extra parts or accessories included are pictured. There is NO TRACK or VHS tape. Flaws noted are a front grab bar on the tender partially broke loose (see photo, bar askew). The fireman has a broken arm. The box has heavy wear and some tape. NEW BRIGHT HOLIDAY EXPRESS (6) PIECE ANIMATED TRAIN SET. I believe all Train cars, train station and train controls function as they are suppose to with lights, movement and music/audio etc… VIDEO at the End of page! Comes with original box(box has wear) and box Styrofoam is also the storage container, tracks, all train cars, power supply, train controller, instructions and everything you see photographed. This really is an awesome Holiday Train set. Very interactive and detailed! Music and Audio are really well done. Train controller has: Forward/Reverse, Stop, Speed Control, Volume control, Has (4) audio buttons “HO HO HO MERRY CHRISTMAS”, Train Bell, Train Whistle, “All Aboard”. Train Station has audio volume control wheel. TRAIN NEEDS REPLACEMENT TRACKS. All of the original tracks will be included but most have breaks at the connection points, mainly the curved pieces. So replacements will be needed. You can find online search (New Bright G Gauge Brass Tracks). I’m sure some can just be repaired or glued if your handy. As shown in the video there are enough tracks to get the train going (mainly the straight pieces). The ice skating elf on the Tanker Car that moves is missing. The magnetic slide piece that makes the elf “skate” still works so you can find a replacement elf. Train Station has a missing hand rail on left side and main center rail was bent.
