This listing is for an amazing train set, limited edition 1997. Please see the pictures for the exact set you will receive. Everything is included from the tracks to all of the carriages. The remote was tested and everything works. Original box and packaging. There is some small wear and tear on the box like the pictures show. There are a few cosmetic broken pieces on the decorations of the cars like a broken lamp post, tree loose, etc, and most have been repaired, but the train works great and it is a very nice set. This is a “Used” item. For sale is a New Bright Christmas The HOLIDAY EXPRESS Animated Train Set #380 1997 Limited Ed. I have tested the train set and works as it should. There are a couple of issues. Sign on engine needs to be re-glued back onto the engine. The connector still plugs in and works properly. There are a couple of pieces of track with broken plastic pieces, but the track still works properly. There is one piece of track that looks as if it were stepped on and is a bit deformed. It still works properly. Please see all photos for item condition. Some of the items I sell are New and will be described as such. Special 2000 Edition Holiday Express Animated Train Set #385 New Bright

The special 2000 edition Holiday Express Animated Train Set is a master crafted decoration of extraordinary detailed workmanship. Sound and lighted animation add enhancement to holiday setting as a decorative ornament or an elegant electric train set. The set includes 5 unit train, 12 curve and 8 straight track, controller, transformer and power clip. The overall dimension of the track is 90 inches long x 51 inches wide. The set is in excellent condition. Animation for each car is working. All sound, lights and direction controls are functional. One of the track segments has a small section broken that does not effect the connection of the segment or the function of the train set. The packaging for the train set has tape in some locations and has a puncture in the back outer cover. The interior styrofoam is in good condition but has writing indicating compartment where each train car fits. There is no instruction manual in the set. New Bright The Holiday Express Animated Train Set No. 380, also included is the Log Mill Wood Car No. 380-4 and the Post Office Car No. 380-1 Storage boxes have damage & wear, power adapter cord has a bit of white paint on it. SANTA’S FE CAR nameplates are loose (just the 2 below windows) and will need to be attached with adhesive, all lights except one that’s in Santa’s cabin work, Santa figure is broken off chair but animation still works and rotates. 8/31 Update, I used an adhesive to attach nameplates that were loose. Seems to be working. TREE TOP TENDER CAR lights & animation work. CANDY DANCER CAR lights & animation work. Except for the round piece on top, it doesn’t rotate. SANTA’S TOY SHOP CAR lights & animation work. Except one of the lights in the cabin. LOG MILL CAR lights & animation work, not sure if the elf sawing the wood is suppose to move. SANTA’S MAILB OX lights & animation work. Control panel works properly. All buttons were tested and work. Forward/Reverse/Stop/Mute/Volume/Speed/Power on/off/ Reset work properly. Sounds: Ho Ho Ho, Bell, Whistle and All Aboard work. TRAIN TRACKS are complete and car no. 380-4 comes with 2 extra tracks. 380 has 4 straight tracks, 12 curved tracks. POWER ADA PTER cord has a bit of white paint spots on it. Does not have original papers or manual. Does not have extra replacement bulbs. Over all this train set works great. Lots of detail work to look at. I had fun setting it up and testing it. Seeing all the lights flickering and dancing sequence, train sounds, and the train in motion all at the same time is so enjoyable. Really puts you in a happy joyful mood!
