It has light weathering on the loco. I believe the sound system is Phoenix, based on the recognizable ALCO diesel sound file and the 10/12V sound start up behavior. The A unit and B unit are tethered with a 2-wire connector, like Aristo would do.

USA Trains R22253 G Scale Atlantic Coast Line F-3 AB Set EX/Box. Lights, Smoke
Found a few spots of dust, one detail piece broken off A unit, and one door window pane loose inside the loco. All easily fixed, otherwise flawless. Lights and smoke tested. Ran very smoothly in both directions.
