The remote was tested and everything works. Original box and packaging. There is some small wear and tear on the box like the pictures show. There are a few cosmetic broken pieces on the decorations of the cars like a broken lamp post, tree loose, etc, and most have been repaired, but the train works great and it is a very nice set.
