The box has significant damage tears, bending, fading, wrinkles, etc. The pieces measures from 10 inches up to 14 inches long and around 4 1/2 inches high. The conductor is included, however, he is damaged (bad paint peeling/fading). The tracks are still taped to the foam housing behind the cardboard shown above.
