Step 1: Remove the LGB Bumper from the LGB 10345 box and turn it upside down on your work space to show the circuit board inside (see photo below). Step 2: Peel off the red backing on the SL8453303 Precision Train Throttle. Step 3: mount the SL8453303 as shown above being sure to place in the center of the case so the brass rails will not contact the device when the bumper’s mounting slots are snapped onto your track. Step 4: use a flat screw driver to secure the red and black 3 inch output power leads as shown above (see the instruction manual if you are not sure of which terminals to use). Step 5: Connect the LGB track power clamps that come with the set to the terminals shown above (see the instruction manual if you are not sure of which terminals to use). Hint: route the wires through the center hole at the back of the bumper before attaching. Step 6: Ensure that your wires can exit the case without being pinched by the track when the bumper is attached. The rear hole at the back of the unit can be used or the wires can be routed down under your track. Step 7: Turn the bumper over and route the 10 foot input power connector your choice of power source from 14 to 24 volts AC, DC or DCC. Connect the LGB track clips as shown in the included LGB instructions. Follow the direction for setting the stop time and acceleration and breaking delays as well as the speed of your loco by use of the 25 turn blue adjustment pot by turning the brass screw (see photos above the SL instruction sheet for details). Your choice of loco will now shuttle back and for with acceleration on staring and deceleration on breaking as long as power is on. To stop the train turn off your power source. The set comes with two LGB isolated tracks with power diodes and bolts for mounting the diodes across the gaps in each section of track. Auto Control Kit with track, 3-TRAINS at once! G scale Must see (set, LGB, Bachmann)

UPDATED: The links to the videos are now fixed! FYI, I can deliver and setup to much of the mid-atlantic, and possibly surounding areas, at a reasonable rate if needed. CREATE THE ULTIMATE STARTER SET LAYOUT with this Auto Control circuit board! This Auto Control Board is capable of 3 trains running at same time on a loop and siding. Three videos example layouts are available at these links. (copy and paste the URL if needed). This last video shows a larger layout I setup at a train show using the Auto Control custom cirucut board on the inner loop on the layout. G Scale – This Auto Control Board, transformer and track are compatible with trains from LGB, Bachmann, Piko. Delton, Aristocraft, USA Trains and others. What exactly is this “Auto Control Board” and what do you get? You will receive the following general items and features, with instructions on how to assemble and operate the layout. A full items/parts listing is in the next section. The layout is a 10.3 x 5 ft. Long oval with an approximately 5.5 ft. The layout will run 3 TRAINS at once, automatically. The trains for this size layout must be short, usually 1 Engine and 2 cars, or 3 short cars per train. The Auto-Control circuit, included, allows full 3 train operation, or 2 different 2 train modes of operation, and single train operation as well. It features slowdown and startup track sections with variable speeds (please see vidoes of the Auto-Controls board in action). When you use single train operation mode, a 2. Train can wait on siding. Does not need to be moved. Custom circuit, on a board, that I built. This circuit board has 12 connections including power to 4 different “blocks” on the layout. Please ask any questions you might have about this unique train control circuit. A G-Scale DC power pack with enough power to run 3 single motor trains, with 1.8. Amps of DC current, or. The power pack will also supply 16V-18V AC power. To the switch, sensors and custom Auto-controls circuit board. Three trains running on a compact G scale layout is a sight to behold, and will entertain kids and train enthusiasts! This circuit at model train clubs and members are impressed, and usually have big smiles on their faces. My kids have really enjoyed these layouts over the years. In the spring of 2018 and 2019 I ran a larger layout with this Auto-Controls circuit board at a Train Show, and received dozens of wonderful comments about the impressive operation of the layout. A video of that layout is available on Youtube, please see the 4th link I’ve provided. They use all LGB parts, and heavy duty wire, rheostats, etc. Making them very reliable. OPTIONAL: Normally you can just assemble this layout on the floor or a large table. I’ve used several folding tables in the past. However, if you prefer, for an extra cost I will pre-assemble the layout on 4-6 wood train modules approximately 2 x 4 feet in size with model train grass mat installed. More on the options below. These are not pre-built and will require extra time to build and deliver, they can be built and delivered after the initial package, unless you’d like the track attached to the wood modules.
