Comes with the 50081 Transformer, quick connect cable, new smoke package, lights, two caboose lanterns and smoke stack in package (never put on caboose). Box has handle on one end for easy carrying. Engine is a 2-4-0 steam loco with smoke (never used smoke) and has one traction tire. Has a full circle of track (51 diameter) in the original box. This train set was never outdoors. The best part of this set is we had the train store add sound to the train. Very light use time on the track. It has been in the box most of the time. We are the original owners.
