Aristocraft Circus Train set Art 28126 still in box, never used
The elderly gentleman that had this collection did take some out of boxes to see, but it was never run on track. This box is not in the best of shape, does have some wrinkling in window material (plastic) scratches and dents. Stored in basement but trains in excellent shape. It is not available that I can see online making it vintage I believe. Great deal for a train collector! I added a picture of the price that Tony originally paid. Great Trains 1 Gauge Burlington Northern F40 Passenger Set New
GREAT TRAINS BN 5 PIECE PASSENGER SET. THIS SET IS BRAND NEW, ALL PIECES COME WITH ORIGINAL FACTORY BOXES, ALL OF WHICH ARE STILL IN GOOD CONDITION. THE UNPOWERED UNIT WILL NEED TWO 3MM BULBS FOR THE HEADLIGHTS AS THEY WERE REMOVED OR NOT INCLUDED FROM THE FACTORY. BEST BET WOULD BE A 3MM LED, THERES A TERMINAL STRIP INSIDE THAT CAN BE WIRED DIRECTLY. ALL OF THE CARS AND ENGINES ARE NEW AND STILL HAVE THE ACCESSORIES SUCH AS HORNS AND COUPLERS IN THE ORIGINAL FACTORY PACKAGING. I DID GIVE THE ENGINE A TEST RUN ON MY LAYOUT AND IT WORKED PERFECTLY. GREAT TRAINS WERE PRODUCED BY RALPH BROWN AT HIS SHOPS IN CRYSTAL LAKE ILLINOIS IN THE LATE EIGHTIES AND EARLY NINETIES. THE POWER BLOCKS ARE STILL PRODUCED BY A COMPANY IN MINNESOTA (NORTHWEST SHORT LINES) SO REPLACEMENT AND REPAIR IS POSSIBLE IF EVER NECESSARY. THIS IS PROBABLY THE ONLY NEW SET OF GREAT TRAINS BN YOU WILL EVER SEE, THEY ARE BECOMING EXTREMELY HARD TO FIND IN ANY CONDITION MUCH LESS BRAND NEW.
