Comes with the engine, tender, gondola car with white bear and caboose. Also includes a circle of track, the 50081 transformer and wire used to hook it up to the track. Also comes with a bag which includes two side lights and two chimneys for the caboose. The wire to hook the engine to the tender and the engineer are still wrapped up in the back of the engine.
